Check your allow _fopen variable it should be ON...you can use the phpinfo to see it. Dolphin needs an open channel to their license server and probably you have a problem there...if not you can go to Admin pannel again and remove the key--> save --> logout from Admin pannel Login again to Admin panel and if you see the red box for the registration than put the ket again.
