Zarconia security certificate expired - please fix

Visitors to my Zarconia hosted website are experiencing Security / Privacy Errors (see attached images of Firefox and Chrome).

Seems the security certificate expired 3 days ago.

Zarconia can you please fix this error immediately?

Text like the following error message is scaring visitors away:

It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

Posting this here hoping Zarconia responds sooner than the days / weeks it sometimes does.

Below is the certificate information:

Issuer: cPanel, Inc. Certification Authority

Are certificates issued by cPanel considered self-signed?

Can these be generated via the utility cPanel > Security > SSL/TLS ?

Thanks in advance!

Did you send an email to support@una.io?  That seems to be the best way to reach Zarconia support.

The problem is that I don't know if anyone in support is working on the weekends.  I work on the weekends and a customer can reach me by phone.  I do know that Boonex shuts on the weekends.

No, didn't know about this email address. Will try it next time.
Thankfully they responded in a few hours and the problem appears to have been addressed.

Thanks for responding!

The problem was fixed.
cPanel was upgraded and a new SSL provider was installed (LetsEncrypt).
