character in chat and shoutbox

Hy

I am Hungarian so rhere are some specail characters too, like ű, á, ó

in the chat and shoutbox there are some problem one of these character. If I press the "ó" the chat/shoutbox is shown "+"

But the other characters are good (ű, á, í, é...)

Help me pls
