Dolphin isn't like Trac: You can only install it through your web browser. If you're having issues in Konqueror, try another web browser, like Firefox or Opera. Also, make sure your configuration matches that as required by Dolphin.

Edit: ImageMagick allows for the displaying, editing, and converting of images. You also need GD for use with Dolphin. You can install ImageMagick, along with any other dependencies through APT.

All the requirements for Dolphin can be found here: http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolTech

If you don't know how to verify or how to install any needed software/make any needed configurations, you can ask your web hosting provider.

512MB of VPS RAM should be enough, especially for a new web site. If you start to notice any stress, you can always move on up.
