Hi,

Dolphin has to be uploaded to a web server. It doesnt run on your computer. You need to be happy to use unzipping software, file transfer protocol software and then be happy changing permissions. Its not the simplest of installs.

Full instructions for the install can be found here - http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolphinDocs

But if you arent happy doing it yourself you can look for mscott on this forum. If you sign up for web hosting through his link $7.95 a month usually he will install it for free for you.

Cheers

Hi,

when you are faimliar with unix, then check if you have installed a webserver, if not - do it. Also install, if not already done, a mysql server on the machine.

Then when you got running your apache or hwatever, then take a look on how to install dolphin.

After you installed everything correct you should be able to connect to dolphin via localhost.

This is the only way, but if you are not familiar with it, dont touch it, get prof help for this. Also you got then only your dolphin on your lcoal mac....

I love macs, you got a unix system under the cover ;)

Jerry
