Hi at all,

i have a problem. if i had 100 people in the database, the datbase backup runs normally.

now i have installed 3000 useres in thze community and now i get the following error message

if i try to make a backup:

<<Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@hpone.freehostingcloud.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

have anyone an idea, why this happend or have anyone a solution ?

You should use your server to backup (CPanel, whatever). Dolphin backup is very unreliable.

This can occur if there are too many connections to the mysql database than allowed or that the server can handle.  It is more reliable to make a cpanel backup anyways opposed to a Dolphin generated backup as Stuart says.
