html code for thumbnail, trying to force fb like to pull image

Hi there,

I have facebook like on my profile pages, but it never displays the images correctly

I want it to pull the image thumbnail for the user and use this picture.

after reading online i found the code

 <meta property="og:image" content=http://www.website.com />

I want to add this to my website header.. and replace content="THUMBNAIL CODE">

so it pulls the users thumbnail... been working on this for hours and still cant figure it out.

please help

Im having the same issue. Please share if you know where this line goes, Everythime I touch the header my site goes crazy!!
