images broken on several reinstalls

I have loaded at fortressnorthamerica.com and cannot get the images to display, i check the source files and they are showing on my computer, but once i load they are no showing on main homepage "flash reload?".

I did register the copy (license) and still not showing correct..

I also need to know where i apply my ray community licenses...

If i access from my admin cp, it opens new window with nothing?

It looks like your install was messed up.  Your "site stats" box looks a little funny, and your shoutbox is not loading at all.  I would suggest deleting everything, and performing a fresh install.

Did you have any errors when installing ???
