Hi - I have exactly the same problem as OP as reported in this thread:

http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/topic/Orca-problem-see-here.htm#topic/New-Install-Orca-problem.htm

In the logs when I hit the forums there are 2 errors:

File does not exist: plugins/tiny_mce/plugins/contextmenu/css

File does not exist: plugins/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/css

Not sure if they are related.

arunpattnaik - did you have to edit the .htaccess files at all to get anything to work?

I visited the site with opera 9.5.2. build 10108 and Chrome 1.0 beta what I say was a normal forum. Could not test to write a message...

This seems to be happening in Firefox 3.0.1 on Linux and Windows.

Just tried IE 6.01 on Windows and it's OK but Firefox is mashed.

Can you write with IE? because I had this at my firsty install, This was a problem somewhere with a permission in to the server php map. Don't ask me with file it was.........

IE is normal and all seems to work fine - however this is what it looks like in Firefox 3.0.1 :(

FIXED

OP you need to install the PHP XSL support.  On my Ubuntu server was:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install ph5-xsl

sudo apache2ctl restart

OMG. Same thing happened to me, but it's only with FF though, because I've tried it on IE, and it works just fine.

Can somebody solve this?

If you get into a browser  for Orca (forum) layout code on screen, most problem is that there is no XSLT installed or active on your server.  Ask your hoster to compile php with xslt and xml.

on the forum you can find more about the minimal server requirments.

Sometimes it can be a permission fault somewhere in your servers php map.

Diverend browsers can give another output, so check out at least if you can write a message.
