well, you need  first to compile the forum language, go to your administration - Modules. Click the orca module. now you will see in the links there compile [en]  click on it.  Normally the language will remove the brackets.

Now make a new category and than under that some forums.

Now it hast to work. :)

Try to compile orca language from Tools, sometimes this will work.

Have you made sure that your web server meets the technical requirements (e.g., allow_url_fopen enabled)?

Under administration, tools, modules, check-off the forum and click the recompile languages button.

Before installing the software, you should have made sure you meet the requirements (you can ask your web hosting provider if unsure).
