public sites not showing to members

hi

all i dont know if this is a feature of dolphin or something is wrong with my script.

ive added some website links to the sites feature. ive set it to public access.
now only myself and the public non-members can see them all and my members just see private locked images.

surely setting soemthing to public should allow the public and members who sign up to see them ?

anyway to reset it so that everyone can see them ?

seems members are also restricted from adding sites. only admins can

have i got some settings wrong somewhere maybe ?

now i made a big mistake i tried to uninstal sites modeul and reinstal and i get this error
