good day to everyone , i bought an ad free dolphin portal but seems some prob is there
the site is at www.jom-mesra.com , the shoutbox is not working and all the ray and orca is not working as well.
in the admin when i click on the plug in , it shows the ray and orca link , but when click on it , it shows some internal server error
i need some experts to guide me ...already sent the email to the dolphin support but until now no reply from them. but i remember last time when send the sales email , the reply was amazing fast
reply from them ( as the below ) : if i waited for the email , i dont think so it will will be solved , so i just need some1 to help me
