I searched the forum and saw that this came up last year regarding the RC. It was mentioned as a bug that was being addressed last year. However, on my site using the latest version of Dolphin standard members are still able to send and get messages with no restriction despite the fact that I have this ability turned off for them in my admin panel. I don't see a work around or fix posted here, can someone point me in the right direction?
