Payment gateway in New Zealand

I'm looking for someone to create payment capability for credit card payments and bank payments for a site in New Zealand catering for NZ transactions?

The bank payment consists of having a transaction or invoice number that that links the client/transaction to the purchase. This will appear on a very simple page with our account details and summary details. The client then makes the payment manually through their own internet banking using the transaction/invoice number as a reference number
