Add product page modification

I need someone to help modify our site's add product page. I need the 'Add Image' to be required - in other words, when users try to add products, they must be required to add images. The same goes for Ads page as well as Companies page.

Also, I need someone to integrate Paypal's BN code on the site. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thanks
