Auto Complete Search - Ajax Search that popualtes everything

Hi,

I would like to replace the top search bar www.reopharm.net with Auto Complete / Ajax Search with a Submit button (I will provide)... I need it to populate all data... not much traffic and we have a fully dedicated cloud server.
