dolphin theme / site rework

I am needing an artist to create a custom theme based from my current site logo and logo color scheme. This needs to be installed and working correctly on all pages. New Ideas and concepts will be taken into consideration only with valid examples. The site is not just a social site but a gaming site, hosting site, store and more all combined. New logo creation is fine fitting both headers and footers. If this project goes well there are other projects coming up soon, as I need someone to do graphics, icons, themes for games and lobbies. I prefer a glossy look, if I decide to keep the rotating picture on the home page i would like graphics made for that as well that will fit the site more appropriate. I prefer a set price for X amount work rather than hourly or if your skills go beyond art into programming or scripting then to maybe set up a smaller fixed price on projects and to somewhat partner with me to get the site up and going and pay a % of income from the site.
