Meet Me Mod

I'm looking for someone to create a module for me that will allow members to choose yes and no to people they are interested in meeting. If member1 clicks yes on someone, the photo changes to another member and the member who had interest shown will be notified by email.

Module example: Tagged.com 's 'Meet Me' module.
