Member database integration

I am using a third party software package for member creation and billing, for the majority of my business content.  However, I am planning to use Dolphin as the community portal side and would need the ability to have registered members from both ends populate to one another - providing a one point of registration whether they joined from our other web application or through the Dolphin application.

I am waiting on a bit more technical feedback from our one software provider for what language is used and the type of database - so I can make that available to an interested party within the next day or so.

Right now, I am scouting out available programmers who would be interested in bidding on the creation of such a registration sync.
