On going developer needed

We need an on going developer. We need this immediately. Our current developer is now moved to a company.

* Should have a team of developers who can achieve anything in dolphin.

* Should be able to reached at anytime in phone.

* Should be inside US. Preferably near NewYork.

* Will be paid monthly.

* Work includes few module creations, resolving any technical issues with the software.

* Should be able to create themes(I like to change themes often).

* Should know SEO to do the design without affecting our SEO rankings.

The fees are negotiable. We are good payers for good workers.
