- You will need to first go to your dolphin database via phpmyadmin , locate the 'Profiles' table, browse to find the user with 'admin' as username or the username you used for admin account. click on the 'edit' icon and change the email on that admin account to your new email address .
- go to ftp and clear the content of 'cache' folder except .htaccess
- go to your site login form and use the forgot password link. type in the email you used in the dolphin db and submit. the new see more password will be sent to your email. you can then login and change it to a password you can remember,
