This module allows you to establish a Roommate directory on your site. Members can post Ads for Rooms they have to Rent or search for Roommates to share Apartment with.
Members posting Ads can post the advertisement as :
Roommate
Landlord (live on room)
Landlord (live off room)

DETAILED INFORMATION - For each that is posted, detailed information about the Property, the Room and the Roommate (existing or desired) can be provided so there is a wealth of information that can be used by potential seekers to locate the most desirable room sharing arrangement.
ADVANCED SEARCH - Ability to drill down and search by many criteria such as Location, Price, Property Type, Personal Details (gender, age) etc.
MEDIA GALLERY - Ability to upload a Photo, Video, File and Sound Galleries.
FEEDBACK - Members can Comment and Rate Room Listings.
PROMOTION AND SHARING
Members can send Invitations to check out Room Listings to other site members or external friends.
