I add this mode, but it say "Unknown control type" on profile edit. Did I do something wrong. Could it the the sql.txt attachment. I ran that in my sql ( phpMyAdmin)

Looks like the PHP installation instructions were applied incorrectly. Try to check them step by step. If you cannot resolve the issue contact me via internal mailbox and I'll try to help you.
