Can't backup database

When I go to backup database in admin

it starts opening /admin/db.php and it is endless

after 10 minutes it shows CFURLErrorDomain:302

I installed a extension before (webcounter) and it may inteference with db (as there was a sql file)

uh...can I back up my database in other way or what to do?

you can backup by phpmyadmin from cpanel or plesk panel.
i think the best way for backing up.
