Oh my god!

Can anybody helps me?

I have purchased Boonex License. I installed it on my domain on Hostmonster server. It gives me lots of error.

I contact with Boonex support for a few time. They did not help me. Just a few simple replay e-mail!

Then I have add a job offer in Expertzzz for Boonex installation.   One gay (Username: Dolthings) accepts my job offer. I have paid 20 $ for installation. After 2 days, he told me your server (Hostmonster) does not  support Boonex software. Then I have purchased another hosting from Boonex recommended company (HostGator). Expertzzz’s programmer  (Dolthings) started to reinstall Boonex on this server. After a few hours he contact me, an told: “HostGator is wrong server too”!

Okay, dear Boonex Group:

1-      If your software has any problem, why you are selling that?

2-      If your recommended servers has any problem, why you are recommending those?

3-      If your recommended programmers on Expertzzz has no experience, why you allowed them for  charging people?

There are lots of Ifs? But is not my problem. My problem is my site an my software.

I am ready to pay again, and again, and again. But how, to who?

Dear Boonex!

Please help me, Please tell me what can I do?

send me a pm, and we'll work something out for you ok, free hosting for a year. hows that? i'll do the install and everything, no charge.

this is also really something else that really needs to change here.
the hosts reccomended by boonex will support dolphin on a VPS or dedicated server, people are being mislead by the lead ons the companies use to attract your business

it need to be talked about, maybe a gold star on the ones that really do offer full shared hosting with RMS so people can see more see who will fully support dolphin on shared servers

Second that Motion. i said that from the beginning, and as you know sammie i done the footwork to prove my theory, they advertise here for $5.99, once the client gets signed up, they are told oh, you cant run dolphin on our shared hosting, you have to have minimum VPS $89.00/month+

sooner or later i knew this too was going to come to a head, there are really on a couple of hosts that truly offer shared environment hosting for the dolphin suite. look at the hosting page, contact their support and see more ask them specifically if they host dolphin on a shared environment. you will be surprised at the answers you get.

This is why its so important to read the hosting reviews on here from real users before making any decision. i cant speak about Hostmonster, but hostgator i can ( i use hostgatar for a couple of myBB forums i have). I actually warned people (as did buck) on the hostgator hosting page on here that hostgator had actually said on its support forum that the dolphin software was not acceptable on its baby account (shared server) like it said on the Hosting section here. in fact i went further and posted see more a topic on the subject on hostgator support forum asking them why they had a staff member being interviewed about the baby account saying it was suitable for a dolphin, they just said i should take it up with Boonex. so i did, i emailed them and told them that hostgator was false advertising its services on here, but nothing came of it. It was only a matter of time before somebody got stung and im only glad that Sammie and DosDawd are able to help you out, as i know its not nice being fooled like that, and it doesnt help that (in this case) hostgator is billed as the number 1 host for dolphin when it doesnt host dolphin at all on its baby account as stated. somethings gone wrong somewhere in the hosting section and it needs to be looked at properly.
