Does anyone know the process for editing the very top menu bar, such as text colors, etc.Also, on the main index page, same question. How do I edit the text link colors.

that is the style sheet for the links where is the actual file with the links? so they can be changed or just deleted?

If you want new links, define new languages and add to templates/temp_uni/_header.html
