My website loading very slow anyone can help me increase loading speed for my websit. Maybe i need to change hosting comany?

do you know the specs on the machine you are hosted on now. please view some of the sites that i am hosting, and see if they have any better speed. dont want to spam the blog, so please send me an email asking for the urls.
