Paid for Dolphin but don't get asked for the licence.

I have downloaded and paid for Dolphin and a few widgets.

Version 6.0005

I have installed on one of my clients servers and everything runs, but very very very slowly.
At least 45 seconds to load the home page.

When I go to the mycomunity.com/admin page I do NOT get asked for my licence.
(I downloaded the file: Dolphin-v[1].6.0.0005-AdFree.zip)

Are these two things related? The speed and the licence?

Or are they seperate issues?

I am happy to use up my licence on this installation but it simply does'nt ask me for it.

I am hoping that these issues are related that way the speed problem will fix itself.

saluts

it could be that the server has some problems processing the ajax. you can go to admin --> settings --> advanced settings and put your license number in there. as for the widgets, expecting you are referring to ray widgets, these will need to be accessed from the ray suite, by clicking on each of the widgets available, it will then prompt for registration.

It appears that this is caused by the fact that Dolphin trys to make a few calls to the licence server at boonex. My firewall blocks out going requests from the server and so the script hangs for 60 seconds.

I have fixed this by opening the out going traffic on port 80.

This is however worrying, I have paid for my licence.
What will happen if the licence.boonex.com server goes down? Does this mean my site will go down too?

I wrote to support but have, as yet, not recieved a reply

I've bought an unlimited licence for Dolphin & Ray.. but am still unable to find out where to put the licence code for Orca and have not seen much difference in Dolphin since Í've paid 99 dollars.. I guess I'll have a deeper look into what really changed, because I still see ads.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
