Registered music and video player and still says 'this widget is not registered'

I have installed the ads-free version of Ray, purchased lifetime licenses for movie player and video player, registered them and still get the message 'this widget is not registered' when trying to play a video or music.

What can the problem be?

i had the same problem. though not with the ad-free license. it occured when i tried to activate more than one widget in the same the time. so i activated them seperately one by one. and like this it worked. at least for me.

when did you register the widgets? i had the same problem, and i sent boonex an email, and they fixed it straight away. the databases for the licenses as i understood it were done manually, and this takes some time. so maybe you can send an email and see if that cant expedite that for you.

Thanks DosDawg. That is exactly the situation. I mailed them 4 days ago and the database update is obviously not instant. It now works a treat.

hello i have that problem too cuz at the admin panel of the music it said pMusic Player Not Registered and i dont know where to find the license for that cuz i only have the music player lisence but this on it said pMusic PLayer can any one help me please?

I am having a similar problem with ray pMusic player. I purchase the license and download the ad free ray. follow the instruction and install it. now I get the not register error when in fact I did register.
I contact the boonex support about five days ago today and not answer so far.

I will appreciated any help with this issue
since boonex, had fell to help with their own product. thanks in advance.

I to purchase one year use for video/music/chat and music player and both are saying not registered. I need help..I hate to pay for something that doesnt work. I email Boonex about a week ago and no response also.
