My ray A/V chat is not getting connected. It simply shows the connecting animiation for so long. I am using a dedicated server. can i config with my server itself (if so what to config)or should i go for any separate media server. PLS HELP

are you trying to connect to rms.boonex.com or have you installed RMS? if you have not installed RMS this can be done on the server you are currently running or should be able to be. the other thing is that you need to check with your host and ask if you are allowed to run the ffmpeg.exe some hosts are not allowing that.
