To the Newbies. Choose an Agent - IMPORTANT!

While browsing forums and getting tons of mails every day, I finally
decided to post this. So, here goes:
First of all, Welcome to Unity - the
community of BoonEx software users, friends, developers, web masters, partners
etc...
BoonEx is a software development company which develops Dolphin -
Community Software.
BoonEx doesn't have any special departments for pre-sale,
sales and technical support. BoonEx has recently launched an Agents system to
serve BoonEx software users more efficiently.
So, to get your questions
replied you need to choose an agent, and to be able to choose an agent you need
to have a Unity account. If you are not a Unity member yet, please go to
boonex.com/unity and register an account. It's simple and takes only a few
seconds.
As soon as you have registered a Unity account and logged into
Unity, you are on your Account page. Scroll down this page and you will see 5
people (agents) for your consideration. Look through the Agents' pages, choose
the one you like and contact your agent with all the questions you have. You
will be replied to ASAP and faster than if you post your questions on the Unity
forum in the presale section.
If you ordered an installation service on
the BoonEx payment page but didn't choose an agent, your installation cannot be
performed, since all installation tickets are sent to Agent's accounts.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
you said we will see 5 agents for our consideration.
Well, I only see one agent (VictorT).
What I am doing wrong?

I am not sure yet if I want to start an account.
(ignore that I now have an account :)
I am just at the stage of installing the package to see if it has the potential for what I require.
I am fairly knowledgeable of PHP and MySQL
have installed the package as instructed but getting an error message after deleting the install folder
