The escrow account needs to be a requirement and not an option for Job tickets. I won't be happy until you have strict oversight of every Job and the programmers are required to provide valid contact information. Permitting programmers to operate in secret is a recipe for disaster. Script installers shoud be required to TEST their installations and insure that they are functioning properly before they get paid. And you should implement an eBay style feedback system to insure programmer exposure and see more quality. I have been ripped off for hundreds of dollars by the outlaw programmers you have on board and my site has been trashed. I am no closer to having my site online than I was four months ago and because of your current flawed system I am looking at programmers outside of Boonex.

I appreciate what you are trying to do and I'm glad I chose Boonex products for my community but the fact that you are operating Boonex without direct customer support is disturbing as well. I suggest that instead of crawling through the process of bettering your business that you partner with a bank and hire a world class marketing firm to establish your business practices. Run don't walk!
