common faults are:
trying to upload files that are to large:-
try and upload a mp3 less than 2mb in size.

updated from other dolphin and not set permissions in new folders and files:-
try and recheck all file permissions.

updated raybase and not set the correct settings.:-
ip # to RMS

admin set to disallow uploads:-
check it
