Why i can't upload music and video?

common faults are:
trying to upload files that are to large:-
try and upload a mp3 less than 2mb in size.

updated from other dolphin and not set permissions in new folders and files:-
try and recheck all file permissions.

updated raybase and not set the correct settings.:-
ip # to RMS

admin set to disallow uploads:-
check it

lots more but thats a few to get you looking again

I am also having this problem... I have gone into the settings and set the maximum MB of a video to 250MB and the maximum MB for audio 100MB... but it still insists my file cannot be bigger than 2MB..\

thanks...all of you guys....i think its in the .htaccess probz..cause i can't successfully upload it into my ftp server...i thinks it's in my web hosting server probz that doesn't allow .htaccess file... grrr..... :(

with this you will need to modify your php.ini file or create an htaccess with greater than the default of 2mb on the upload. there are tons of posts on this matter on the forumz. the setting is not just local to the scripts admin section, this is something that needs to be addressed from the server side. if ya need any more help i will check back in a while

i use dolphin 6.14
and i want set maximum upload for mp3 file per user is greater then 50
but why i can't do this? just only 50 file per user?????

Ok here is a kicker. Mine was working fine until yesterday. I found that my initial problem a year ago was that I did not assign a temporary folder. Therefore, no where for the files to store while they are being transformed. Try that.

My latest problem is that I was happily uploading successfully some video's and all of the sudden... the return of the dreaded, redded, upload error. I swear, I did nothing but upload video LOL. The photos work fine, the music works fine. It's just the darn see more video.

Any suggestions?

For me, I just installed everything and configured it right I believe, but I go to upload music, and I get a blank spot with no way to upload...Any advice??
