I agree with gkcgautam,I think it should be controlled by the admin,it would be perfect when the users can choose the catorgory,or subcatogory they want to upload their media too,also the hot or not,I think their should be male and female choice. Also,whats a REALLY hot feature that I think should be added,is the watermark for all media.
With the artist side,I think it should be set up also in a unique way,like having a chart system,the most plays a artist get in a catogory rises up to the top see more of the charts,you know? Like a 1 through 10th place type of deal.
