Most of users are familiar with youtube, so why not implementing something similar for videos? However Videos are not really essential, and could be just as they are now

What about flickr ? Everyone uses it , and categorization is just fine ! . And its not the matter of categories for pictures, but I would say users want creating ALBUMS!!! not just placing pictures in categories... I'm missing this feature (as well as see more my users) since I changed the script to Dolphin one year ago. Take a look at AbleDate script (Please delete the name if you think that this was an advertising:) This was just enough for my users to enjoy pics sharing. However I had to redesign all the interface.
So think about it ! ALBUMS , not basic CATEGORIES .
What I think - it should be very native to user.
