Daily Quotes are quite useless but are taking one of the most visible area of the page :-(
And most of the items of this "floating menu" are redundant (at least for now)...

IMHO it will be more smart to replace Daily Quotes with this "floating menu".
Is there a single good reason for this menu to be "floating" or is that just for the fun ???
