Same happens for me. I am using I.E 7 with a screen res of 1280 x 1024 (if that make a different. Works okay in Firefox. Similar problems with your demo build 15, everything is out of alinement and the off line images are not present. Plus it takes about 40 secs to load. Again works perfectly in FireFox and is very fast..
There seems to be something wrong with your post, its not centered, so I can't read all of the text.
