I would be willing to add a exisiting structure to allow people to register and validate (for sellers) so when people purchase they know they are getting REAL goods.
I can work this into some PHP validation (License) tracking as well if needed.
I just dont want to start down this road if no one will use it.

It has been a pretty active topic and mostly have gotten positive feedback.
A few negative commenter's have had good points, and all are being taken into account.
