I think the moving of A&Q blogs is worth looking into and implementing. As for deleting a blog after 24 hours seems a bit harsh. Sometimes people work long hours and do not get online for a few days. Maybe hide the blog for now tell the writer can respond. I know there are times when i can not get online every day or every other day, and with the economy so bad in U.S, people are taking on second jobs. I do agree that the blogs do need cleansing, just be careful as some of those blog writers see more pay for their use of Dolphin and may cause a back lash, as we all know we have had enough of that on here to take us into the year 2030..lol

lightwolf, yes the posts are "hidden" not deleted per say, moreso deleted from public view. the admins could restore the post for a period of time. i read what you are saying here, but this is how i feel about this and have from the very beginning. when you initiate a blog post, there is a popup that is presented to you as the poster, this has the rules clearly stated.

now on a contrast comparison lets consider a stop sign. new driver or seasoned, if you roll up to a stop sign, knowing see more the rules, and run that stop sign, should you be forgiven or shown leniency for your actions? overall and general site etiquette says that we "should" read the rules of engagement when participating in public forums or blogs.

i believe 24 hours is ample time, as in most cases the response to the poster with the notification to place their post in the appropriate location, would be shortly after the post hits the site.
