Here is what I think everyone is probably going to be upset about..

Yes, the release is beta, but on the announcement of the release date, no one expected a beta, everyone lead to believe a near to finish version is what they were getting...The original date as I recall was late June, then it was pushed to July 8th. Everyone was Ok with it because they were expecting a 97% finished release..Why wasn't pushed back 2 months and have a better release? Now after waiting till June and then a few more see more weeks later, they have got something which is really not stable and basically still in test stages. Now members will have to install D7 and add patches after patches till the finial release comes out...I think the community gets disappointed when they are told a certain date, then 2 weeks more only to find out that all the wait was for a beta portion of the release...I personally would prefer to be told that the release is in December and wait for it rather then think a release is in 2 weeks and get only beta...Just my thoughts...
