Great work, but I have a problem that your Chief Marketing Officer (one of the other Hats you have to wear) should be aware of.

I am about to implement the new Dolphin build for my church cub scout pack. With many 1000's of troops and packs in the US, the template I create may evolve into a favorite model for many packs. I have direct access and high visibility into the leadership of the Boy Scouts in Texas. Right now, Joomla reigns as the Open Source tool of choice for all the scout sites I've see more seen including the higher level scout organizational websites for Texas.

Unfortunately, I am a bit worried about moving forward at this very moment. I see that the demo sites are not private. The public can see some pretty raunchy things without having to login.

Can you guys make any changes to get control of that (like making sure people have Unity Login's to see the Demo's). I will be using the Free version initially, as will many other scout troops and packs when they first start.

Since many a scout or scout parent will undoubtedly click on the Dolphin ads in the Free version, they will quickly come to see the questionable content and your opportunity to penetrate this huge community demographic will be crushed by concerned parents and church leaders.

I sincerely hope you understand the business risk you run by allowing uncontrolled questionable content to be displayed in the public areas of the demos.

Hopefully you can do something to change this problem without having to spend a lot of effort.

Anxious to explode into new community markets,

I am not apart of any church orginization, but i agree 100% with what you are saying. There should be a way for them to atleast monitor some of the content some people are posting on just there free demo site. Not to offend anyone but the first thing I see when i go to a site is not pictures of gay porn, or a naked man. Maybe after you login or something, but if your promoting a demo site thats just a bit ridiculous and i hope they can control the content a bit more.

Thanks for the notes. The demo site is a demo site, and unfortunately we cannot avoid such strange visitors who upload dirty content while testing Dolphin - but we are still trying to keep demozzz.com clean. At the moment, the demo site is set to free mode, but you can easily set up your website so registered members only would be able to browse your site pages.
As for a Unity login to view the Dolphin demo, I do not think it will be good for potential customers for us to demand Unity registration. see more We could lose a lot of unique visitors.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
