I'm on hostforweb, both shared and VPS. If you go in your Cpanel down to the software box ( depending on the theme you have ) youll see an icon saying Site Software. In there you will be able to install Dolphin with a click and jsut entering in meanial info. Sucky part though is you can only enter it into a directory not root. But if you install it with this, you can move all the files over to root in FTP. Then goto /inc directory and change the path located in header.inc.php ...this should see more help you out if not already fixed it.
