Glad to see this has been opened up for discussion. I also have a severe problem with letting a "KNOWN THEIF" remain part of a community that bears the name "Unity".

Andrew, a mistake is just that, a one time occurrence, that is not repeated. So if KMD has erred in his ways and he truly feels he has made a mistake, then he would definitely owe the community an apology. Without any remorse, then this was no mistake, this was a thief caught with his hands in the cookie see more jar.

I for one have a personal experience, where KMD stole something that was offered by myself and sammie free to the unity community, and when contacted, he released a bucket load of expletives, and told me to have a lawyer tell him to take the works that were released by sammie and I under the creative commons guise which we are to follow as part of any works produced as part of the dolphin application which is managed under the creative commons license.

So Andrew, I dont see where this is a mistake. If you steal something, then are offering it for sale, and are then contacted by the original author and asked to refrain from selling what does not belong to you, and the response is have a lawyer tell me to stop selling it, then Andrew this is not a mistake.

This behavior was reported to Boonex 2 years ago, yes, 2 years ago, and that is when KMD was suspended for maybe a week. So from 2 years ago, KMD is still on here stealing mods and selling them. Scouring the internet stealing whatever he can steal.

Let me explain to you why this guy is doing this, see most of the modders are from other countries, and most lack the funds to acquire and attorney and prosecute KMD for stealing their works, so nothing gets done.
