Now by VictorT awarding unsuspensions, and allowing KMD to sale what is stolen, then it basically sends the message to all would be rogues that it is ok to steal whatever you wish.
There have been two instances of this on the market that i am aware of in regards to templates. One of them i contacted the person selling what didnt belong to them to sale, and they took down the post.
The other was some kid who stole one of the same templates, and made a few changes and was offering it for sale in see more the market.

So that is a story for another day, but the gist of this is that KMD is widely known for stealing and and providing malicious code. Mistake, Andrew, I dont think this, this guy is not a good person, and is a thief.

What has been discussed, amongst the members is that VictorT was possibly receiving monetary kick-backs from KMD on the sales of the stolen products. I know that sounds harsh, but why else would a repeated thief such as KMD keep being allowed access to peddle his stolen products? There is no other reason.
Mistakes are made, and that is understandable, nothing, absolutely nothing about KMD stealing, not from one person or two people, but stealing from basically every member of this community, is outright criminal. A criminal such as KMD should not be allowed into the UNITY realm, he does nothing good for the community, provides nothing good, and is only taking advantage of unsuspecting new members to the community.
