these guys are amateurs. I just lost 3 days due to their server issues. Blocked IP, Permissions changed, dual database install with ghost id's. Tried using their online chat to resolve the issue and it was offline. Ended up calling and being #1 in the call que and waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer.
Btw..don't register your domain with them. you have no access to modify your own domain!
