I have been with Arvixe for a while now. I would say that 99% of the time they are fantastic. Issues will come up with every host company you use as none of them are perfect.

I am on their business plan and for Dolphn I would not suggest going for anything less than that.

They have a 24/7 support line. So when you have an issue you get to talk to a real person and usually have your problem sorted out immediately, as opposed to being at the mercy of an online ticket system.

Also, if you see more call them using Skype the number is free from anywhere in the world saving you quite a bit in phone charges.

Their prices are also excellent and the money you save on phonecalls can go towards getting their business plan package.

Of course, it all depends on your own personal experience but mine has been great so far. I would highly recommend their business pack.
