I think this blog should be made a sticky myself, there has been so much confusion with who is good and who is bad, that i myself would rather trust what members have to say than any of the advertising ....

So.
Good Host has to be Joombyte.com for its up time and how quick they get back to you if you have an issue or something.

Bad host (speaking dolphin only) has got to me Hostgator, they say they run dolphin on their cheaper shared, but in reality they simply dont.
