Well I have a virtual dedicated server on Godaddy and it was actually pretty easy to get Dolphin running. All I had to do was edit install java and edit php.ini for larger uploads then install RMS (Ray Media Server) and its pretty solid.

Right now I have websites spread out over 3 or 4 hosts and my virtual dedicated servers on Godaddy have the most uptime and the least issues.
