People tend to lean towards what's more "easy" for them, always did. Of course this is one parameter, not suggesting that the Dolphin IM is hard to use, but to point that when we challenge a mature im application such as msn messenger (which has done it's life cycle and learning curve is lowering), to one easy but new for a user to comprehend and feel comfortable (and safe) with, the old school msn still takes the prize.
